Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order items take 3–7 business days to print and prepare. Custom or personalized orders may take longer depending on the request.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Delivery times vary by the shipping method and destination. Processing time is separate from transit time.

  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns: Unused and undamaged standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us about any item that arrives damaged or defective.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at 3dPrintedpals@gmail.com with a photo of the item and a brief explanation of the issue.

    • Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item back.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, changes or cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing orders quickly.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are made to your specifications and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order.

Payment Methods

  • Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is required at the time of checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist in locating lost packages.
