How long does it take to make my order?

Each 3D Printed Pal is made to order. Production time depends on the complexity of the model:

• Standard models: 3-5 business days

• Large or intricate models: 5-7 business days

• Custom models or special editions: 7-10 business days

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
